Slab pricing and free goods, on the same or another product, worked out the moment the order is booked.
Record cash, UPI, RTGS/NEFT or cheque against pending invoices, and log returns with photos.
Track and verify coolers and racks at each outlet, and report issues such as "not cooling" with a photo.
Attendance, leave, tour plans and expense claims live in the same app as the orders.

The rep starts the day with a selfie and their location. Attendance is done.
Today's outlets appear in order. The rep walks the route, not a notebook.
At the counter, the check-in confirms the visit and the smart cart builds the order with every scheme applied.
Payments and returns are recorded against the outlet. The manager sees the day as it happens.
If the network drops mid-visit, the cart and notes are saved on the phone, so the order being built isn't lost.
All four products share one live set of data, so an order, a scheme or a payment updates everywhere at once. Start with one and add the rest when you're ready.

The visit in progress, including the cart and notes, is saved on the phone, so a dropped signal or a closed app doesn't lose the order being built. The rep picks up where they left off and places the order once they're connected.
